Women

A Place to Grow

The Women's Ministry to Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church

Is formed to provide opportunities for women to minister to women. It is understood that women make up the vast majority of the population of most every church in America. Research indicates that when churches actively recruit, train and use women throughout their ministries, those churches tend to be balanced, growing churches. They realized the value and contributions women make when they use their God-given gifts and talents. Women have various and unique situations in life and concerns that we believe are best addressed when women are allowed to share with each other in a Godly environment that consist of both small and large group settings. This ministry will seek to mobilize and equip women for that task through the activities that are planned annually.

Our Mission

We are what we believe:

The Women’s Ministry Team Philosophy of Ministry is spiritual gifts based. Our desire for the Women’s Ministry and the church is that they are balanced with other ministries that are evangelistic, designed for fellowship, instructional, and leadership oriented. We want to make individual commitments to God that we will make our church’s Women’s Ministry work. We will pray and follow the leadership of our pastor as he follows the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

Women's Ministry Leader

The Ministry will be led by the ministry leader and the assistance ministry leader, and core team which consists of women who are spiritual mature and have the spiritual gifts of administration, leadership, service, evangelism, teaching, and stewardship. We want focus as a driving desire in the hearts.
